**Role Overview**: As a Machine Operator at COWBERRY, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of machinery used in the production process. Your role is vital in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of production lines while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Operation**:

- Operate production machinery according to established procedures and guidelines.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality.
- **Maintenance**:

- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machines to ensure they operate efficiently.
- Identify and address any issues before they lead to equipment failure.
- **Repair**:

- Troubleshoot and repair machinery when breakdowns occur, minimizing downtime.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to perform more complex repairs as needed.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Follow all safety regulations and company policies while operating and maintaining equipment.
- Ensure that machinery is operated in a safe and efficient manner.
- **Quality Control**:

- Regularly inspect machinery and output to ensure that products meet company standards.
- Take corrective actions if quality issues arise during production.
- **Documentation**:

- Keep detailed records of machine performance, maintenance activities, and repairs.
- Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs to supervisors promptly.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience of 2-3 in operating, maintaining, and repairing machinery in a manufacturing environment, preferably within FMCG.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures.

**Work Environment**:

- Work in a factory setting with exposure to machinery and noise.
- May require standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as lifting and moving equipment.

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
