We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Student Counselor and Study Abroad Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive academic counseling and guidance to students interested in pursuing educational opportunities abroad.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Student Advising and Counseling**:

- Provide personalized academic counseling to students, assisting them in defining their educational objectives and career aspirations.
- Assess students' academic backgrounds, interests, and preferences to recommend suitable study abroad programs and institutions.
- **Study Abroad Program Guidance**:

- Research and evaluate study abroad programs, universities, and destinations to provide up-to-date information and advice to students.
- Provide information on visa procedures, health insurance, housing options, and other logístical aspects of studying abroad.
- **Application Assistance**:

- Guide students through standardized test preparation, registration, and score reporting for exams such as TOEFL, IELTS, GRE, and GMAT.
- Coordinate with admissions offices and program coordinators to advocate for students and address any inquiries or concerns.
- **Financial Aid and Scholarships**:

- Educate students about financial aid options, scholarships, grants, and other funding opportunities available for international study.
- Assist students in understanding the cost of studying abroad, developing budgets, and exploring strategies for financing their education.
- **Cross-cultural Support**:

- Prepare students for the challenges and opportunities of living and studying abroad through pre-departure orientation sessions and cultural competency training.
- Address students' concerns and inquiries related to cultural adaptation, language barriers, and cross-cultural communication.
- Offer ongoing support and guidance to students during their study abroad experience, serving as a resource for academic, personal, and logístical matters.
- **Networking and Partnerships**:

- Cultivate relationships with educational institutions, international organizations, and industry partners to expand study abroad opportunities and resources.
- Collaborate with university departments, student organizations, and community stakeholders to promote study abroad programs and events.
- Represent the organization at recruitment fairs, information sessions, and networking events to attract prospective students and establish partnerships.
- **Qualification Required**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education,
- 1- 3+ years' experience in academic advising, counseling, or study abroad advising role.
- Strong knowledge of international education systems, study abroad programs, and university admissions processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
