M/s ReraOne was established in 2016, we are a Legal firm which works in Real Estate Regulatory Act

We Provide Rera registration services to Builders and developers which involves Legal documentation Procedures to be followed.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Document Collection from client.

Communicating with client and informing case status.

Preparation of legal documents with respect to real estate project RERA registration.

Quarterly compliance of the project under the RERA act.

Real estate documentation vetting.

Preparation of draft sale agreement under the RERA Act.

Handling notices and cases with respect to litigation and non compliance.

Explaining clients regarding required changes in project documentation.

Regularly monitoring withdrawal limits for the project.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
