4. **Visitor Coordination**: Maintain a log of visitors and guide them to the concerned staff or faculty.

5. **Administrative Support**: Assist with basic office tasks such as filing, scheduling appointments, and data entry.

6. **Record Maintenance**: Keep track of student inquiries and feedback for follow-up purposes.

7. **Office Organization**: Ensure the front desk and reception area are clean and organized.
