
Reservation Executive

**Reservation System Management**: Enter and maintain accurate guest information, reservation details, and special requests in the Property Management System (PMS).
- **Guest Inquiries**: Respond promptly to guest inquiries regarding room availability, rates, policies, and hotel services. Provide details on promotions and offers to encourage bookings.
- **Booking Confirmation & Documentation**: Send booking confirmations, cancellation policies, and check-in/check-out instructions to guests. Ensure all information is clear and accurate.
- **Up-selling & Promotions**: Actively promote hotel upgrades, packages, and special offers to enhance revenue and improve guest experience.
- **Cancellation & Modifications**: Process cancellations, no-shows, and booking modifications in line with hotel policies. Maintain a thorough understanding of cancellation terms and inform guests as necessary.
- **Coordination with Front Desk & Housekeeping**: Ensure smooth communication between the Reservations, Front Desk, and Housekeeping departments regarding guest arrivals, special requests, and room allocations.
- **Reservations Reports**: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to bookings, occupancy, and room availability. Help forecast future demand and occupancy levels.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure that all guest interactions are courteous, professional, and exceed guest expectations, maintaining a positive relationship with repeat guests.
- **Guest Preferences**: Record and prioritize guest preferences such as room type, bed preferences, and early check-ins or late check-outs to ensure a personalized experience.
