**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain lathes to fabricate parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Perform precision machining to ensure parts meet quality standards.
- Set up and adjust machines for optimal performance.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues as they arise.
- Adhere to safety and quality control standards.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a Latheman.
- Technical diploma or certification in Machining or related field preferred.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of lathe operations and machining techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and operating machinery.
