**Your Responsibilities**:

- **Graphics and Visuals**: Design graphics, icons, banners, and other visual elements to enhance website aesthetics and functionality.
- **Responsive Design**: Ensure websites are fully responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to bring design concepts to life.
- **Prototyping**: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and gather feedback.
- **Brand Consistency**: Maintain consistency in design across all web pages and digital platforms.
- **SEO Best Practices**: Implement design elements that support SEO and accessibility standards.
- **Client Interaction**: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their objectives.
- **Design Trends**: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our websites remain cutting-edge.

**Your Profile**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in web design.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
- **HTML/CSS**: Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to collaborate effectively with developers.
- **Responsive Design**: Experience in designing for multiple devices and screen sizes.
- **Creative Mindset**: Strong creativity and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify and solve design-related issues efficiently.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present ideas and collaborate with team members.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects and demonstrating your design capabilities.
