Executive, Office Leasing Advisory

**What this job involves**:
**Horizon Updates**: (Growth Goals)
1. Updating the Availabilities / new supplies on regular basis
2. Leveraging technology tools from time to time
3. Maintain the accuracy of information and constantly update the same
4. To update any ongoing deals and any closed deals in the market as per the market intelligence.
5. Maximize the use of available technology tools for generating reports.

**Operational Excellence**: (People Goals)
1. Keep a strong / accurate database.
2. Updating the team of any new upcoming supply
3. Thorough knowledge of the Micromarkets
4. Undertake regular survey of Micromarkets assigned
5. Facilitating the team and aligning the properties for site visits in proper co-ordination with the landlords / developers.
6. Referring / Cross-selling our services to Clients / Developers.
7. Make proposals on power point based on client requirement

1. Should have experience in leasing/acquisition
2. Have a minimum of 2-5 years of related or relevant experience post qualification
3. Be flexible for travel as and when required - on short notices (30-40% travelling)
