**Digital Marketing**:
**Parul University** is seeking a creative and talented **Creative Designer** to join our team. You will be responsible for developing visually appealing and culturally relevant graphics, banners, and other creative assets that support our activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design engaging and visually appealing graphics, banners, and other elements for use in digital advertising campaigns (PPC, social media) targeting prospective students.
- Develop social media post templates and other visual content that aligns with the brand identity and resonates with interested audiences.
- Collaborate with the Copywriter to ensure a consistent brand voice and visual communication across all digital marketing channels.
- Create infographics, and other visual content to support marketing initiatives.
- Conduct research on design trends and cultural preferences for visual communication.
- Ensure all designs are visually appealing, culturally appropriate, and optimized for different digital platforms (web, social media, mobile).
- Maintain a high level of quality and consistency in all design work.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a graphic designer or in a similar visual design role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design work.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Proficient in using design software (Adobe Photoshop, XD, Illustrator preferred).
- Experience with design for social media platforms a plus.
- Ability to take direction and work collaboratively with other team members.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with basic animation or video editing skills a plus.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity to audiences a plus.
