**Job Title**:Labour Supply Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- **Identify and Source Labour Teams**: Travel to various locations to identify potential labour teams. Use local knowledge and contacts to source teams that meet our requirements.
- **Negotiate Contracts**: Negotiate terms of employment with labour teams. Ensure contracts are fair and meet all legal requirements.
- **Coordinate with Project Managers**: Work closely with project managers to understand their labour needs. Ensure that labour teams are available where and when they are needed.
- **Maintain Relationships**: Build and maintain relationships with labour teams. Act as the main point of contact for any issues or concerns.
- **Ensure Compliance**: Ensure all labour teams are compliant with local labour laws and regulations. Handle any compliance issues that arise.
- **Reporting**: Keep detailed records of labour teams, contracts, and placements. Provide regular reports to management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Civil ITI
- **Experience**: Prior experience in recruitment, particularly in the labour or construction industry, is beneficial. Experience in fieldwork and interacting with diverse groups of people is also valuable.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to manage and coordinate multiple teams across different locations.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel extensively.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
