As a Blow Moulding Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining blow moulding machines to produce high-quality products efficiently. Your primary duties will include:

- Setting up and adjusting blow moulding machines according to product specifications and production requirements.
- Loading raw materials, such as plastic resins, into the machine's hopper and ensuring proper feeding throughout the production process.
- Monitoring machine operations to detect any malfunctions or deviations from quality standards.
- Conducting regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications and making necessary adjustments to the machine settings as needed.
- Performing routine maintenance tasks on blow moulding machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as necessary to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
- Troubleshooting mechanical issues and performing minor repairs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Following safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your coworkers.
- Keeping accurate records of production output, machine maintenance activities, and any quality issues encountered during the production process.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience operating blow moulding machines or similar manufacturing equipment preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and production specifications.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
