**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**: Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for various digital media, including social media posts, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
- **AI Integration**: Utilize AI-driven design tools to optimize workflows and produce innovative designs with efficiency.
- **Video Content Creation**: Develop, edit, and produce engaging video content for digital platforms, including product explainer videos, social media videos, and motion graphics.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs align with the company's branding guidelines and contribute to a consistent visual identity across platforms.
- **Collaborative Work**: Work closely with the teams to understand project requirements, suggest creative concepts, and deliver timely designs.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, video editing techniques, and software advancements to ensure cutting-edge designs.
- **Creative Problem-Solving**: Leverage AI tools for creative problem-solving, exploring innovative ways to tackle design challenges and meet client or project objectives.
- **Asset Management**: Maintain and organize design assets, templates, and project files for easy retrieval and modification.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Design Proficiency**: Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, or Sketch.
- **AI Tools**: Familiarity with AI-powered design tools
- **Video Editing**: Proficiency in video editing software
- **Creative Thinking**: Ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing and effective designs.
- **Understanding of UX/UI**: Basic understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles to create interactive designs.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring that designs are pixel-perfect and meet project requirements.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Undri, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Graphic design: 1 year (preferred)
