Feild Executive

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Field Executive to support our real estate operations. The role involves site visits, property inspections, client coordination, and assisting in property documentation. This is an on-ground role requiring travel within the city.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit properties for inspection, verification, and documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule property visits with clients and property owners.
- Take photos/videos of properties and update listings.
- Collect documents and verify property details as per company guidelines.
- Assist in placing “For Sale/For Rent” signage and banners.
- Maintain a record of field visits and submit daily reports.
- Support the sales and operations team as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
- Basic knowledge of local areas and routes.
- Smartphone with internet access.
- Punctual, reliable, and presentable.

Pay: ₹11,156.03 - ₹18,000.00 per month
