**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the design team to create innovative and trendsetting fashion collections.
- Execute the entire product development process, from concept to final production.
- Conduct market research to identify current trends and consumer preferences.
- Work closely with merchandisers and buyers to ensure product alignment with market demands.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Monitor and manage the production timeline to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Stay informed about industry developments and incorporate them into design and merchandising strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Fashion Designer and Merchandiser, with a successful track record in the fashion industry.
- Strong knowledge of merchandising principles, garment construction, and fabric properties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- prefer Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field.
