**1.Job Description**:
**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare piping layout drawings, isometrics, and detailed fabrication drawings.
- Create 2D and 3D piping designs based on process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
- Develop and manage 3D piping models using **AutoCAD Plant 3D**, **Inventor**, **ZWCAD**, and **Violet Revert**.
- Perform basic stress analysis and piping flexibility checks using **CAESAR II**.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to incorporate design changes.
- Assist in preparing Bill of Materials (BOM) and MTOs.
- Support senior engineers in reviewing vendor drawings and technical documents.
- Ensure designs adhere to relevant codes and project specifications.

**Skills & Software Expertise**:

- Proficiency in **AutoCAD Plant 3D**, **AutoCAD 2D**, **Inventor**, **ZWCAD**.
- Familiarity with **Violet Revert**, **STAAD Pro**, **CAESAR II** for stress analysis.
- Strong understanding of Piping Codes (ASME B31.1/B31.3), P&IDs, and piping components.
- Excellent drafting and detailing skills / Good communication skills.
- **Qualification**:

- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

**Job Description 2: Trainee - Piping Draftsman / Design Engineer (Fresher)**

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing 2D piping drawings, isometric drawings, and layout plans.
- Support in developing 3D plant models using **AutoCAD Plant 3D**, **Inventor**, and **ZWCAD**.
- Learn to read and interpret P&IDs, equipment layouts, and piping specifications.
- Aid in preparing material take-offs and basic technical documentation.
- Collaborate with senior engineers in design activities and drawing reviews.

**Skills & Software Knowledge (preferred)**:

- Basic knowledge of **AutoCAD 2D**, **AutoCAD Plant 3D**, **Inventor**, **ZWCAD**.
- Awareness of **Violet Revert**, **STAAD Pro**, **CAESAR II** is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of drafting standards and engineering drawing basics.
- Strong interest in learning plant engineering and piping design.

**Qualification**:

- ITI / Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
