**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement content strategies that align with our brand's voice and objectives across all digital platforms, including social media and our website.
- Craft engaging, high-quality content for a variety of formats, including but not limited to social media posts, articles, blog posts, press releases, and website copy.
- Work closely with our digital and experiential teams to create content that complements our campaigns and events.
- Optimize content for search engines and social media platforms, ensuring high visibility and engagement.
- Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and consumer preferences to ensure content is relevant and appealing.
- Collaborate with influencers and bartenders to create captivating stories and content pieces that highlight their expertise and contributions to the industry.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing
- 1 -3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related field.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content categorization, and structure, content development, distribution, and measurement.
- Demonstrable experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and social media management tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to translate industry trends into engaging content.
- Experience in the Alco-Bev industry or a strong interest in cocktails, mixology, and the hospitality sector is highly desirable.
