**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in physics, including lectures, labs, and seminars.
- Develop course materials, assessments, and innovative teaching strategies that promote active learning.
- Supervise student research projects, theses, and internships.
- Conduct high-quality, publishable research in a specialized area of physics.
- Seek external funding for research through grants and proposals.
- Participate in curriculum development and departmental meetings.
- Advise and mentor students academically and professionally.
- Engage in community service, outreach, or interdisciplinary collaboration as required by the institution.
- Contribute to university service through committee participation and academic advising.

**Qualifications**:

- NET/Ph.D. in Physics or a closely related field (required).
- Demonstrated teaching experience at the university or college level.
- Strong record or potential for scholarly research and publications.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Postdoctoral experience or industrial research exposure.
- Experience with online teaching or blended learning platforms.
- Evidence of interdisciplinary collaboration or public science outreach.
- Ability to teach specialized courses (e.g., Quantum Mechanics, Solid State Physics, Astrophysics, etc.).

Pay: ₹25,000.85 - ₹66,108.32 per month
