Compliance Administrator

Unienrol Guru Tech Private Limited is a software and education services company based in India, providing backend academic and administrative support to our colleges in Australia. We ensure smooth operations, compliance, and quality assurance for our educational Institutes.
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and maintain compliance with Australian higher education and regulatory frameworks.
- Prepare, review, and update institutional compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure adherence to policies and standards.
- Support internal and external audits and prepare compliance reports.
- Advise management on risk areas and implement corrective actions.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- **Master of Laws (LL.M)** or equivalent legal qualification.
- Minimum **4 years of relevant experience** in compliance, legal, or regulatory affairs.
- **Experience working with higher education institutions such as colleges or universities is highly preferred.**:
- Strong understanding of education compliance standards, risk management, and governance practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
