Position Title: Trained Graduate Teacher (Science)

Location: Asha Academy, Rampura Road, Patan

Position Type: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:
2. Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, resources, and technology to enhance student understanding and participation in Science topics.

3. Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments and provide timely feedback to students and parents/guardians.

4. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity, critical thinking, and scientific inquiry.

6. Supervise and support students in laboratory experiments and other hands-on activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

7. Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events as required.

8. Communicate effectively with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues to address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.

9. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant data using school-approved systems.

10. Stay updated on current trends, research, and best practices in Science education and incorporate them into instructional practices.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

2. Valid teaching certification/license in Science education.

3. Prior experience teaching Science at the secondary level preferred.

5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

6. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.

7. Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
