**Position Title: Verification Associate**

**Work Location: Work From Home**

**Work Schedule**:Day Shift **8-Hour Shift **Monday to Friday

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate of any course
- Has an experience in background screening
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage inbound/outbound calls for Employment, Education, Reference, and Address verification.
- Maintain effective record-keeping for all calls handled.
- Point of contact to all parties involved (school, company, references, LGUs) in obtaining verification information
- Guarantee daily, weekly, and monthly goals are met
- Analyze accuracy and completion record-keeping of verified information.
- nvestigate and confirm reference credibility
- Provide daily summary reports on the status of checks that are beyond TAT.
- Maintain an updated list of entities' contact information

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹249,987.34 - ₹1,394,667.25 per year
