**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a passionate, strategic, and creative Social Media Executive. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy as well as content to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.

If you are good at ideating strategies, have a knack for creating awesome content and like to keep a track of what’s happening in the social media space, we have the perfect job for you

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop, implement and manage social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Manage the social media content calendar and create content for special days, product posts/campaigns and other creative posts.
- Work with copywriters and designers to create engaging posts which deliver value and serve our objective.
- Maintain the Online Reputation Management for our social media handles mainly Linkedin.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in the social media space and also in the HR-Tech industry.
- Analyze the performance of posts and create reports accordingly.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams like the product team, outreach team, influencer marketing team and align our social media goals accordingly.
- Ideate social media campaigns to increase brand & product awareness.
- Outreach industry leaders and build connections and help in launching influencer marketing campaigns.
- Work on optimization of our profile and posts to increase the reach.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 1 - 2 years of work experience in Social Media Marketing or in a similar role.
- Someone with a creative mind and sound marketing knowledge.
- Excellent knowledge of social media best practices of Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.
- Ability to write compelling and engaging content.
- Good with research and is a multi-tasker.
- Knowledge of other marketing channels will be preferred.
- Hunger to learn and stay updated.
