**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Assist Medical Officer**:

- Support medical officers in patient care, conduct clinical procedures, and ensure accurate documentation of patient information.
- **Medication Administration**:

- Administer prescribed medications and injections.
- Monitor patient responses and promptly report any adverse reactions.
- **Vital Sign Monitoring**:

- Record and monitor patient vital signs including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation.
- **Patient Education**:

- Provide guidance to patients and their families on treatment plans, disease management, and preventive health practices.
- **Collaboration with Healthcare Team**:

- Work closely with medical officers, healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure seamless and holistic patient care.
- **Medical Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential patient records covering medical histories, diagnoses, treatments, and test results.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Manage and maintain stock of medical supplies, equipment, and medications.
- Order and restock supplies as needed.
- Monitor expiration dates and dispose of expired items safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies to management.

**Qualifications**
- **GNM or B.Sc. in Nursing.**:

- **Maharashtra Nursing Council registration** is mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
