**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**: Prepare a wide variety of South Indian dishes such as dosas, idlis, sambars, rasams, vadas, biryanis, chutneys, and other specialty dishes.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards in terms of taste, presentation, and food safety.
- **Hygiene and Safety**: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- **Cooking Techniques**: Utilize authentic cooking techniques to bring out traditional flavors and maintain cultural authenticity.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a South Indian Cook or Chef in a restaurant.
- In-depth knowledge of South Indian cuisine, spices, and preparation techniques.
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments and multiple orders simultaneously.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene protocols.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
