Blood sample collection(Phlebotomist)

**Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month + ₹2.75/km (Travel Allowance)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Perform venipuncture and collect blood samples from patients.
- Label, handle, and transport specimens properly to maintain sample integrity.
- Ensure excellent patient care with a calm and professional approach.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all collected samples.
- Participate in health camps and outreach programs as required.
- Follow standard safety and hygiene protocols.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in blood collection techniques (venipuncture/capillary).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in labeling and documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and in different environments (clinics, camps, etc.).
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Certificate in Phlebotomy/Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or related field.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in blood collection preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and laboratory procedures is an advantage.
