
Female General Office Worker

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our clothing brand as a Female Office and Calling Executive. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in handling both office-related tasks and customer communication through phone calls. This position is based on a standard 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM work schedule.

**Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Communication**:
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally and courteously.
- Provide information about our clothing brand, products, and services to customers.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Office Administration**:
- Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow within the office.
- Manage office supplies and ensure they are adequately stocked.
- **Appointment Scheduling**:
- Schedule appointments for customers, clients, and internal meetings as needed.
- Keep track of appointments and notify relevant parties in advance.
- **Documentation**:
- Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation related to orders, invoices, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to generate reports and update necessary records.
- **Multitasking**:
- Effectively manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure efficient daily operations.
- **Communication Skills**:
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Communicate effectively with both customers and internal team members.
- **Problem Solving**:
- Proactively identify and address challenges or issues that may arise in day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with the team to find solutions and improve processes.
- **Professionalism**:
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions, both within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Uphold the brand image and values.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
