**Position Overview**:
The Customer Care Executive will play a pivotal role in maintaining positive relationships with our clients by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding support. This position requires excellent communication skills in Hindi and Bengali, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within established guidelines.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with customer account management, including processing orders, updating information, and managing subscriptions.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Contribute to the development of customer service procedures and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Graduate male or female.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent communication in Hindi and Bengali.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
