**Responsibilities**:

- Design and format layouts for books, brochures, and other printed materials.
- Perform typesetting and formatting of content to ensure visually appealing and professional layouts.
- Collaborate with the editorial and design teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Create visually engaging graphics and page designs while ensuring brand consistency.
- Work on specific design software for layout and image editing.
- Maintain organized files for easy access and reference.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience in **book designing** and **typesetting**.
- Expertise in using **Adobe PageMaker** (mandatory) and **CorelDRAW** (mandatory) for layout and graphic design.
- Experience with **Adobe Photoshop** (optional, but preferred).
- Fast typing speed with excellent accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency across projects.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while delivering high-quality work.
- Knowledge of design principles and typography.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Proficiency in additional graphic design or desktop publishing software is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

**Education**:

- A degree or certification in Graphic Design, DTP, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
