**Experience: 1-5 yrs**
- Collaborate with the content development team to understand learning objectives and instructional design requirements.
- Conceptualize, script, storyboard, shoot, and edit educational videos, including tutorials, explainer videos, lectures, and interactive learning materials.
- Use video editing software and tools to enhance videos with animations, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Ensure that the videos are engaging, clear, and aligned with the target audience's age group and educational level.
- Design educational graphics, illustrations, infographics, and interactive elements that supplement the course content.
- Create visually appealing presentations, charts, and diagrams to simplify complex concepts and aid understanding.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually compelling graphics and videos for promotional campaigns and social media channels.
- Explore and implement interactive media elements such as quizzes, interactive simulations, and gamified learning experiences.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality content.
- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that all content meets educational standards and is error-free.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Video Production, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Proven experience in creating educational video content and designing graphics for educational purposes.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
- Understanding of instructional design principles and the ability to align visual content with educational objectives.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with content developers, instructional designers, and marketing teams.
- Must have experience in Canva and Photoshop.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Video Editing: 1 year (preferred)
