As an English Trainer at Career Launcher, you will play a pivotal role in preparing students for the Verbal Ability section of the CAT exam. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver dynamic and effective English language training sessions that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement structured lesson plans for English language training sessions, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and verbal reasoning.
- Teach students effective strategies for tackling various question types in the English section of the CAT exam.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Adapt teaching methodologies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities of students.
- Provide additional support and guidance to students who require extra assistance in mastering English language skills.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the CAT exam syllabus, particularly in the English section, and integrate relevant changes into the curriculum.
- Collaborate with fellow trainers and faculty members to enhance the overall learning experience for students.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Prior experience in teaching English language skills, preferably in a competitive exam coaching institute.
- In-depth knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and verbal reasoning.
- Familiarity with the English section of the CAT exam and common question patterns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve academic excellence.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring students.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ₹1,000.00 - ₹1,200.00 per hour
