- Drive & dedication to bring call network related Issues/queries & concerns to a logical conclusion without any gaps/open items.
- Drive and dedication to support the IT Partners/Vendors and provide solutions to any obsolete technologies and recommend best practices by following Network Standards
- Communicate and co-ordinate with various business/IT Internal/External stakeholders teams and collaborate on time to gather network requirements support and suggestion (Cross Function Skills)
- A SPOC for all Network related queries/concerns/FAQ addressing as solution architect suggestion and recommend changes and new solution to overcome technical challenges.
- Life Cycle Management (End of Life & End of Support) of All Network Devices/Equipment’s across Plants, Depos, Corp Offices including Data Centres.
- ensure all Network devices are under support, Including AMC renewals, BOQ preparation and circulation to the Partners for technical proposal.
