We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. As a Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in crafting engaging visual content that resonates with our audience. You will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in editing software. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and artistic talent to produce high-quality videos that engage and captivate our audience.

**Responsibilities**
- Utilize industry-standard software to edit raw footage into polished videos, incorporating transitions, effects, and sound elements to enhance the overall quality and storytelling.
- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the video.
- Incorporate music, dialogue, sound effects, and graphics into videos.
- Create and integrate motion graphics, titles, and animations to complement video content and enhance viewer engagement.
- Render final video outputs in various formats, ensuring compatibility with different platforms and devices.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and vision.
- Review and suggest improvements to the storyboard and script.
- Experiment with styles and techniques, including the design of graphic elements.
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices to maximize efficiency and quality.
- Work closely with other team members to meet project deadlines.
- Organize and manage media assets, maintaining an efficient workflow to ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to project specifications and deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
- Demonstrable video editing skills with a strong portfolio.
- Solid understanding of video production processes, including shooting, lighting, and audio recording.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in film studies, cinematography, media production, or relevant field is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
