**Marketing Communications Intern**

The **Marketing Communications Intern** will support WowTalent’s core marketing team with the goal of building awareness about the platform with artists and creators across events, schools/institutes, social media and other channels. The goal is to onboard talent/artists across different categories on WowTalent to create a healthy ecosystem where it supports growth for performance and entertainment arts.

Your core responsibilities include:

- Researching for Artists/Creators on Social Media, Gigs/Events, Schools/Institutes, agencies
- Establishing contact and building relationship with key contacts and Artists
- Promoting WowTalent with Artists in different categories
- Onboarding Creators/Artists on WowTalent using product launches and marketing campaigns or events
- Coordinating the design of promotional material and distributing it online and offline channels
- Advertising for WowTalent and products/services on various media channels
- Create media coverage plan for WowTalent at events/gigs
- Support the Content team to create unique written/visual content with artists/creators

**Experience**:

- Prior experience working with Artists/Creators at events/gigs/shows will be preferred.
- Experience in Talent Management, Event Management, Music industry, Film industry, Live Eevents or related industries will be appreciated.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Any other local language will also be appreciated.
- Deep Interest in working with creative professionals, artists and entertainers in different categories
- Stays in-the-know about trending entertainment, music, pop culture, and social media
- Enjoys exploring new ideas and creative execution of marketing programs.
- Entrepreneurial streak and proactive
- Go-getter approach towards tasks

**ELIGIBILITY**

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass-communication or Journalism, Event Management, or related field;
Must be available to work full-time Monday - Saturday, starting immediately.

You must be willing to commute locally for opportunity.

Preferred locations: Delhi/Mumbai/Bangalore/Goa/ Kolkata/Pune/Chennai/Hyderabad

**Job Types**: Internship, Fresher, Full-time
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
