**ACCOUNTS TAXATION EXECUTIVE**

**Key Responsibilities-**

**Tax Compliance**:

- Prepare and file various tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, excise tax, and other relevant tax forms, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the organization's tax compliance.

**Tax Planning**:

- Collaborate with senior finance professionals to develop and implement tax planning strategies that optimize the organization's tax liabilities.
- Provide insights on potential tax savings and risks related to business decisions.
- Record Keeping and Documentation:

- Maintain organized records of all tax-related transactions, documents, and correspondence.
- Ensure that documentation supports all tax deductions, credits, and claims.

**Research and Analysis**:

- Analyze the tax implications of various financial transactions and business activities.

**Correspondence and Communication**:

- Communicate with tax authorities, external auditors, and other relevant parties regarding tax matters.
- Respond to tax inquiries and notices, as well as participate in tax audits and assessments.

**Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation in tax-related activities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes.

**Training and Education**:

- Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations through continuous learning and professional development.
- Share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to the training of junior team members.
