**ड्राइवर की नौकरी का विवरण (Job Description)**

**कार्य अवधि**: 24*7 (पूरे समय)

**महीने में छुट्टियाँ**: केवल 2 छुट्टियाँ (अतिआवश्यक स्थिति में कारण बताने पर अतिरिक्त अवकाश मिल सकता है)

**नियम एवं शर्तें**:

- **ड्रेस कोड**: सफेद रंग के कम से कम 3 जोड़ी कपड़े अनिवार्य हैं।
- **खाने का खर्च**: बाहर जाने पर प्रतिदिन ₹500 फिक्स रहेगा।
- **कार संबंधी शर्तें**:

- कार में प्रतिदिन कम से कम **150 किमी का डीजल होना चाहिए**।
- **कार की रोज़ाना सफाई आवश्यक है।**:

- **कार की संपूर्ण मेंटेनेंस पहले से तैयार होनी चाहिए।**:

- **ट्रायल पीरियड**:

- पहले **3 दिन मालिक के साथ ड्राइविंग टेस्ट होगा**।
- इन 3 दिनों के दौरान कोई वेतन नहीं मिलेगा।
- **छुट्टी एवं वेतन कटौती**:

- जितनी छुट्टियाँ लेंगे, उतने दिनों का वेतन काटा जाएगा।
- छुट्टी केवल आपातकालीन स्थिति में ही दी जाएगी, जिसका उचित कारण बताना अनिवार्य होगा।
- **जॉइनिंग प्रक्रिया**:

- **पुलिस वेरिफिकेशन के बाद ही जॉइनिंग दी जाएगी।**:

- **नौकरी छोड़ने के नियम**:

- नौकरी छोड़ने से **45 दिन पहले सूचना देना अनिवार्य** है।
- **वेतन संरचना**:

- **वेतन का 5% हिस्सा रोककर रखा जाएगा**, जो वर्ष के अंत में दिया जाएगा।
- **कोई भी वेतन अग्रिम (advance) नहीं दिया जाएगा।**:

- **महीने के अंत में ही पूरा वेतन मिलेगा।**:

- **अन्य नियम**:

- **रोज़ाना उपस्थिति (attendance) दर्ज करानी होगी।**
