**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation & Management**
- Assist in creating, curating, and managing content for social media, blogs, and websites.
- Design engaging visuals, graphics, and videos using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Support in writing and editing content for different marketing channels.

**Social Media Management**
- Schedule and manage posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Analyze social media trends and suggest content strategies.

**SEO & Website Optimization**
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
- Support on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve website ranking.

**Analytics & Performance Tracking**
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports to measure marketing effectiveness.

**Paid Campaign Support**
- Assist in setting up and managing paid ads on Google Ads and social media platforms.
- Monitor ad performance and suggest optimization strategies.

**Market Research & Strategy**
- Research industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences.
- Provide insights to improve marketing strategies and content engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Basic knowledge of **SEO, Google Ads, and Google Analytics** is a plus.
- Proficiency in tools like **MS Office, Canva, Photoshop, and any CRM** is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, writing, and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
