**Position 1: Floor Staff**

Location: Fort Kochi, Kerala, India

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist customers courteously within the dining area.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant or dining space.
- Take and accurately relay customer orders to the kitchen staff.
- Ensure prompt service delivery to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to uphold exceptional service standards.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- SSLC, +2, or Diploma qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.

**Position 2: Kitchen Staff**

Location: Fort Kochi, Kerala, India

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking tasks.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Follow recipes and guidelines for consistent food quality.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

**Requirements**:

- SSLC, +2, or Diploma qualification.
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations.
- Strong teamwork and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in a kitchen setting is beneficial but not mandatory.

**Position 3: Delivery Boy**

Location: Fort Kochi, Kerala, India

**Responsibilities**:

- Timely delivery of orders to customers within the Fort Kochi vicinity.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
- Ensure accurate order delivery and handle payments when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to traffic rules and safety standards during deliveries.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the delivery process.

**Requirements**:

- SSLC, +2, or Diploma qualification.
- Valid two-wheeler driver's license.
- Familiarity with Fort Kochi and nearby areas.
- Strong communication skills and customer-centric approach.
- Previous experience in delivery services is advantageous.
