**Key Responsibilities**  Transaction / Trade Processing => Assist with processing of transactions and trades. Perform the necessary checks and validation.  Reconciliation => Handling trade, position and cash reconciliation and liaising with stakeholders to resolve breaks  Corporate Actions => Help with corporate action notifications, elections and processing  Reference Data => Maintaining and updating security database  Ad-hoc => additional fund operations activities mutually agreed with Client  Work with executing brokers/PB to clear any breaks to avoid any trading issues  Demonstrate high attention to detail, should work in a dynamic environment whilst maintaining high quality standards, a natural aptitude to develop good internal working relationships and a flexible work ethic  Responsible for Quality Checks and adhering to the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) / Turn Around Time (TAT) **Key Competencies**  Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification, preferably in Business or Finance (BBA/Bcom/MBA/CFA)  At least 1 to 4 years working experience in a securities firm, involving Client & intermediaries' interaction.  Experience in Client facing function (Relationship management, business support).  Energetic, results-focused, change agent, with a strong work ethic.  Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure, while maintaining close attention to detail.  Excellent organizational and time management skills with a positive and pro-active - can do - attitude.  Team player and people motivator.  Interpersonal, collaborative, relationship building and influencing skills.  Strong organizational and analytical skill with strong attention to detail  Strong track record of excellent results delivered to internal and external clients  Able to work independently without the needs for close supervision and also collaboratively as part of cross-team efforts  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
