We are seeking a skilled and proactive ERP Technical Support Specialist to join our IT team. This role is responsible for providing technical assistance and support for enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, ensuring smooth operation, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first
- and second-level technical support for ERP users across departments.
- Diagnose and resolve ERP-related issues including system errors, data inconsistencies, and integration problems.
- Monitor ERP system performance and ensure uptime, reliability, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with ERP vendors and internal teams to implement patches, upgrades, and customizations.

Pay: ₹10,851.06 - ₹39,366.90 per month
