**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Structural Design & Analysis**: Design and analyze **steel and RCC structures** using **STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, and STAAD Foundation**.
- **Load Calculations**: Conduct structural calculations, including **wind, seismic, and load assessments**.
- **Code Compliance**: Ensure designs comply with relevant **Indian and international codes (IS, ACI, Eurocode, AISC, etc.)**.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with architects, site engineers, and other team members for seamless project execution.
- **Site Support**: Provide technical support during construction, addressing design-related queries and modifications.
- **Quality Assurance**: Review structural drawings and reports to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- **Drafting & Detailing**: Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and layouts in **AutoCAD** as per project requirements.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's Degree/Masters in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- **Software Proficiency**: Strong hands-on experience with **AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, and STAAD Foundation**.
- **Technical Knowledge**:

- Good understanding of **steel and RCC design principles**.
- Familiarity with **foundation design** (shallow & deep foundations).
- Knowledge of **construction materials, methods, and industry standards**.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in designing **industrial structures, high-rise buildings**.
- Exposure to **BIM software like Revit** is an added advantage.
- Certification in **structural design software** is a plus.

**Salary: As per industry standards & experience level.**
