**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Accounting Support**:

- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping for international clients.
- Process and review accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
- Prepare and reconcile international transactions, including currency conversions and cross-border payments.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Help generate financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements for international operations.
- Ensure all financial activities comply with international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Transaction Management**:

- Monitor and track foreign currency exchange rates for accurate financial reporting.
- Record and review transactions involving international trade, imports, and exports, ensuring compliance with tax and legal guidelines.
- **Taxation Support**:

- Support in the preparation of international tax filings, including VAT, GST, and other relevant taxes.
- Assist in compiling and organizing documents required for international tax compliance and audits.
- **Internal Controls**:

- Assist in the implementation of internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Support in the preparation for internal and external audits related to international financial activities.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the finance team to address any discrepancies or issues with international accounts.
- Liaise with international clients, vendors, and other departments to resolve financial queries and provide accurate information.
- **Record Maintenance**:

- Ensure that all financial documents are properly filed and stored according to company policies.
- Update accounting software and systems with accurate financial information for international accounts.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably with exposure to international accounts or global transactions.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with international accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting practices.
- **Analytical Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze financial data effectively.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues in financial records.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with teams across different time zones and regions.
- **International Experience**:

- Understanding of international tax laws, currency exchange, and financial reporting practices.
- Knowledge of global financial regulations is an advantage.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assist in managing and resolving financial issues.
- **Organizational Skills**:

- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
