**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Student Assessment & Course Selection**
- Conduct detailed assessments of students’ skills, interests, and goals using tests, interviews, and counseling sessions.
- Recommend the most suitable training programs and career paths.
- Explain course options, career outcomes, and job opportunities to students and parents.

**2. Continuous Student Mentorship**
- Act as the primary mentor for students throughout their training period.
- Conduct regular check-ins to monitor academic progress, attendance, and engagement.
- Identify students who need extra support and design personalized improvement plans.

**3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting**
- Track students’ progress through assessments, projects, and mock tests.
- Provide timely feedback and actionable suggestions to students and trainers.
- Prepare monthly performance reports for management and parents (where applicable).

**4. Personalized Training & Career Guidance**
- Organize mock interviews, resume-building sessions, and career workshops.
- Provide personalized soft-skill training and confidence-building exercises.

**5. Placement & Career Support**
- Collaborate with the placement cell/industry partners to connect students with job opportunities.
- Prepare students for campus drives, job interviews, and technical assessments.
- Celebrate student success stories to inspire current and future batches.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, HR, Education, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 4 years of experience in career counseling, student mentorship, or training.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate students and keep them engaged throughout the program.
- Knowledge of current job market trends and industry requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills for tracking student progress and managing multiple batches.
- Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and online assessment tools is a plus.
