**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design visually compelling graphics for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and branding materials.
- Edit and create high-quality video content, including promotional videos, social media clips, explainer videos, and product demos.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and ensure consistency in design and video production across multiple platforms.
- Work with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, ensuring that creative output aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Use design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create innovative and on-brand visual content.
- Use video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar to craft dynamic and engaging video content.
- Incorporate feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to refine designs and videos, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design and video editing trends to create content that is fresh and relevant.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality control.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably within a digital agency or creative environment.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for graphic design.
- Strong video editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
- Experience creating visual content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and online advertising.
- Ability to create motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- A keen eye for visual aesthetics and attention to detail in both design and video.
- Knowledge of video production techniques, including color grading, sound editing, and post-production effects.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and composition.

**Nice to Have**:
Experience with UI/UX design for digital products or web-based platforms.

Knowledge of 3D design or animation software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).

Familiarity with social media platforms and the types of content that perform well on them (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

Basic photography skills or the ability to work with stock photo and video libraries.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Greater Kailash Ii, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
