Architect,sap Security

Overview:
This role is responsible for Coordinate resources, solve technical requirements, project deliverables, evaluate risks and scope of SAP improvements, upgrades and implementations for Global PGT and individual PGT and deploy technological solutions according Pepsico´s SAP/IT best practices and compliance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Point Person for PGT SAP implementations with the leaders, functional team and business unit.
- Provide project progress information to functional and business Directors and Managers
- Minimize SoD critical risk during implementations and guide during each phase to achieve the SAP security governance and controls.
- Work closely with controls team (IT, configurable and internal control) and continue supporting the best practices
- Communicate with governance team in order to implement local and global best practices.
- Coordinate SAP Security implementations during the lifecycle of the projects.
- Consolidate and support PGT implementations regarding SAP Security best practices.
- Introduce delivery automation processes, Actively participate in the Continuous Process Improvement initiatives by striving to look for possible efficiencies, scalability and / or cost reduction opportunities.
- Work with limited supervision and exhibit a solid sense of urgency

- Facilitates internal and external audits as requested

Qualifications:
**Years of Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science (or equivalent) is required
- Minimum 11 years in SAP Security including S4/HANA, FIORI, MDG, BW, PO(Process Orchestration) and CRM with a deep

understanding of the SAP’s authorization concepts as well as design and implementation methodology

10+ years of experience in developing solutions for securing custom transactions, tables, and programs

4+ years of experience in designing, building, testing, and deploying business and support roles with S / 4 and Fiori roles.

3+ year of experience in large and complex projects with multiple rollouts for countries / regions

1+ year of experience in designing, building and deploying HANA database security

Good to have security knowledge on PO and MDG authorization.

**Mandatory Tech Skills**:

- Strong knowledge in S / 4 HANA Security design skills, Current knowledge of industry and security solution trends and
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture and development methodologies. Worked on DevSecOps model.
- Technical proficiency with security build and requirements analysis/definition across multiple SAP systems (e.g., ECC,

BI/BW,CRM, SCM, Process Orchestration, Fiori, SAP HANA etc.)
- Understanding of internal controls, segregation of duties (SoD), sensitive transactions analysis, basic SAP development

(e.g.,ABAP integration points), SAP modules, SAP Transport Management System, SAP Web Application Server, NetWeaver,

HANA

**Mandatory Non Tech Skills**:

- Analytical, Motivated, and self-confident with communication to Users, IT partners, and Managers
- Able to work with mínimal supervision
- Technical English, spoken and written skills required.
- Experience in ASAP, PLM and agile methodology (SAP, non SAP) desired
- Able to communicate plans and critical situations to DevSecOps and Business Units organizations.
- Able to solve complex situations (as delay or lack of resources in projects) and communicate clear and opportunely.
- Strong collaboration/matrix management.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Highly analytical and strategic thinking, motivated and self confident for communication with users, managers and directors.
- English verbal and written communication skills required, medium. Portuguese desired
- Negotiation skills.
