**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a talented and results-driven **Digital Marketing Executive** to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing strategies across all digital channels to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Optimize content for the website and social media platforms.
- Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
- Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure the brand is in front of industry developments.
- Execute and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality digital content.
- Monitor performance metrics to understand effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Manage and maintain the company’s website and optimize it for performance and SEO.
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
- Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar is a plus.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
