**Key Responsibilities**
- Create **eye-catching social media posts, reels, and videos** for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Design **banners, posters, ads, and infographics** for promotions and campaigns.
- Shoot and edit **short videos, interviews, classroom clips, and testimonials**.
- Collaborate with the academic and marketing team to create **content calendars**.
- Monitor social media trends and use **creative strategies** to improve reach and engagement.
- Manage **basic video editing, subtitles, and background music**.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in **Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools**.
- Knowledge of **video editing, graphic design, and social media trends**.
- Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling skills.
- Basic knowledge of **education/competitive exam coaching industry** is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
