The Securities & Derivative Analyst 1 is an entry level position responsible for doing the Transaction, valuation & Collateral submission to trade repositories on behalf on client. The overall objective of this role is to assist in the investigation of client securities and derivatives transactions and make sure these are submitted to trade repositories in define timeline.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform verification of Transaction, valuation & collateral to maintain accuracy.
- Complete settlement tasks and daily rate revaluations accurately and on time
- Coordinate transaction processing issues to the appropriate department and collaborate on a solution
- Perform regulatory controls, record retention activities in accordance with established policies
- Prepare and submit periodic internal and external regulatory reports
- Knowledge about market products is must.
- Should have thorough knowledge of trade life cycle and currently working on Regulatory reporting submission to regulators.
- Knowledge of FX & Derivative products and how these work.
- Knowledge of Dummy, Bilateral & cleared UTI.
- Know the system Unavista, DTCC & Markit EDM.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under extremely time sensitive conditions.
- Understanding of trade economics related confirmation and settlements and its process flow.
- Flexible enough to work in any shifts as per business needs.
- ** Key Responsibilities / Functions / Role**:

- Good Understanding of Reg Reporting Jurisdictions like MAS, ASIC, EMIR, FCA, Finfrag and SFTR Working on Submission of transaction, valuation & Collateral

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting or Finance
