Our client is a leading hospitality company in Oceania Region with 40+ years of association with global hotel brands including IHG, Accor & Hilton.

Their portfolio & expertise range from Construction, Ownership & Management of diverse hospitality assets such as premium Hotels, Event Centres, Serviced & Residential Apartments.

**About the Role**

The role involves conceptualising and creating various design solutions across physical and digital channels to offer a unified and engaging customer experience.

Your role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their promotional & communication needs, conceptualising original ideas for them, converting them to design elements and delivering final communication material that align with the client’s strategic and operational objectives.

You will be expected maintain unified & consistent visual identity across all company materials and platforms. (Years of experience requirement will be relaxed for EXCEPTIONAL JUNIOR PROFILES)

**KRAs**

**Concept Creation**
- Conceptualize and create original design solutions for various media, including print, digital, and social platforms.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their design needs and requirements, and present creative solutions that meet their objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales and revenue teams to develop effective communication materials that align with our strategic and operational objectives.
- Collaborate with relevant employees and managers across the different businesses to develop effective communication materials that align with our strategic and operational objectives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate fresh ideas and improve overall design quality.

**Graphic Design**
- Produce visually appealing and effective graphics, illustrations, and layouts for marketing collateral, such as brochures, posters, advertisements, and social media posts.
- Design and assist with creating architectural and interior visual designs for commercial purposes. This could include visual renders, floor plan layouts, meeting room visuals, and other requirements.
- Contribute to photoshoots when required and providing full rights of use to Sarin Hotels to use for commercial purposes.

**Maintaining Brand Identity**
- Assist in developing and maintaining a consistent visual identity across all company materials and platforms.
- Assist with the creation of brand standards and brand elements across multiple brands within Sarin Hotels.

**Delivery & Improvements**
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, while ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on design work, while also being open to receiving feedback from team members.

**Requisite Technical skills & experience**:

- Minimum 4-6 years of extensive experience in graphical design
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in campaign creation & conceptualisation.

(EXCEPTIONAL JUNIOR CANDIDATES WITH LESSER EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED)
- Conversant with multiple design software like Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, CorelDRAW and design platform such as Canva.
- Awareness of latest trends in design including the AI platforms
- Excellent understanding of the output format requirements of various channels such as filetype, specs, colour models, DPI/Quality, Compression rates etc

Pay: ₹540,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
