**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct field visits to **engage with heavy equipment operators, owners, and dealers** to promote and onboard them onto the **EQUIP9 mobile app**.
- Plan and execute **local marketing activities and awareness drives** to generate interest and increase app downloads.
- Organize and participate in **Operator Relationship Activities (ORA)** and **Market Reach Activities (MRA)** to boost community engagement.
- Collaborate with training institutes to promote the platform among **new and upcoming operators**.
- Distribute marketing materials such as flyers, banners, and posters in key equipment zones.
- Maintain regular communication with onboarded users to **support retention and active usage**.
- Collect feedback, market insights, and competitor data to improve strategy.
- Submit daily/weekly **field activity reports and user onboarding metrics**.

**Requirements**:

- **0 to 6 months** of experience in field sales or marketing (freshers welcome).
- Strong communication and people skills, especially with blue-collar workers.
- Comfortable with **on-field travel and interactions** in construction or industrial areas.
- Basic understanding of mobile apps and ability to explain tech features in simple language.
- **Graduate or Diploma holder** (any stream).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to work under mínimal supervision.
