**Job Title**: Disposal Warehouse Supervisor
**Location**: Bhavani, Erode
**Experience**: 3+ Years
**Qualification**: Textile-related or Relevant Degree

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and related software for tracking and managing goods.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions (receiving, storing, dispatching).
- Organize goods and manage stock status as per operational standards (OPS).
- Regularly update the inventory and ensure proper categorization of items.
- Plan and coordinate the daily dispatch quantity to meet production and sales requirements.
- Ensure all dispatches are completed within the required timeframe.
- Supervise and guide warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Coordinate daily tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
- Enforce and adhere to safety standards and regulations within the warehouse.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices for warehouse management.
- Perform regular stock checks and inventory audits.
- Implement measures to prevent loss, damage, or discrepancies.
- Address operational challenges such as inventory issues, staffing concerns, or equipment breakdowns.
- Resolve problems in a timely manner to minimize disruption to operations.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
