Transcribe medical reports, including but not limited to patient histories, physical examinations, consultation notes, operative reports, discharge summaries, and diagnostic studies.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of transcribed documents by reviewing and editing for errors in grammar, punctuation, and medical terminology.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times while handling sensitive medical information.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other members of the medical transcription team to clarify dictation and resolve discrepancies.
- Prioritize and manage workload efficiently to meet transcription deadlines and turnaround times.
- Stay updated on medical terminology, procedures, and healthcare regulations to maintain proficiency and accuracy in transcription duties.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and administrative staff to ensure timely delivery of transcribed documents and address any transcription-related issues or concerns.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance transcription skills and stay abreast of industry best practices.

**Requirements-**
1.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or training in medical transcription preferred.
2.Proven experience as a Medical Transcriptionist in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
3.Proficiency in typing and word processing software, with a typing speed of 35 words per minute.
4.Excellent listening skills and ability to comprehend diverse accents and speech patterns in medical dictation.
5.Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology, with the ability to accurately interpret and transcribe medical jargon.
6.Detail-oriented with exceptional grammar, punctuation, and proofreading skills.
7.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
8.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with healthcare professionals, patients, and colleagues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
